Okay, I have to admit, I am quite into bulk buying deals lately, who doesn't???
This is a good way to try out new food/places without burning your pocket a big hole. 
And it is also another ideal way to get you friends out after the long day works, chill together before calling it a day. 



I went twice, to opus with Citygal and Chris&Christine; and a friend. Therefore, I am going to summarize up both my visits here.

The Huckleberry Cafe @ Times Bookstore, BSC

10 days to New Year.
I came out this little plan in order to countdown to the brand New Year - "Countdown to New Year Makan Plan".

With Bestie - WenChing, we started with The Huckleberry Cafe situated at one cozy corner in Times Bookstore, Bangsar Shopping Centre. 




The cafe is not very spacious but it can house about 18 to 20 pax.



We ordered ourselves beverages and baked goods; settled down at the comfy sofa; hugged the fluffy colourful pillow and started to hide our faces with books.

Yes, Plan B.


We both (with WenChing) have not been to Bangsar Village for quite some times and got surprise to find out the changes done to Bangsar Village. 



The new place - Plan B is something that brought us here. 


I love Plan B a lot. Once we stepped into this busy place, we couldn't help ourselves pressing our noses against the display counter; oohing and aahing... 



There are a lot to choose from the menu as well as the display counters - cakes, muffins, breads and bars. We wish to try out everything; but we understand, there is always the word 'limit' stamped on our tummies. 



Apple & Pecan Muffin (RM 10).
Huge - a word i could find to describe it. The fluffy muffin was generous with apple fillings, touched up with crumbs and pumpkin seeds. Love it!!! 

POCO Homemade, Cafe & Atelier @ Lorong Kurau, Bangsar

Back in September, it was a month to remember; the month for us to celebrate our official friendship anniversary.




We had ourselves in POCO Homemade, Cafe & Atelier; a little small hearty and comfy place owned by a lovely couple - Zzz & Mermer who are in their 20's



The cafe is decorated in a very 'oh-so-hearty' way where no one will resist to enter here especially the gals :P



Filled with books, music CDs and handmade items,
with soft tunes in the background.
It's sooooo comfy over here!
Their handmade items (tee, hair clips, rings, earrings, bags...) are for sales! 

The kitchen is in charged by Zzz's Mum.
The menu may be limited at the moment but the simple home-cooked Japanese fares are priced reasonably.

San Terri Cottage @ Bangsar Village 2

Sitting on the bright and colourful comfy sofa, pretending I am the ‘tai-tai’ and enjoying the perfect afternoon tea set?! Am I?!

I stopped by at San Terri Cottage at BV2 one day after a restless morning with nonstop lectures. I told myself I need a break; a break from all those hormones and endocrine systems, a time off from how to reduce the size particles and the machines used. Huh…!

I had an afternoon tea set (starts from 2 to 4pm) at only RM 10.90 which comes with a cup of coffee or English tea and a slice of cake of your choice except 3 or 4 listed.



A cuppa of fresh brewed coffee was my choice. I need caffeine!


I chose to have the blueberry cheese cake which was highly recommended by the polite and helpful waitress. It was actually the American cheesecake (if not mistaken) topped with a layer of blueberry jam. The cake was rich and cheesy. Cheesecake lovers, you will love it! ~

Was I enjoying a ‘tai-tai’ lifestyle at that time? No… I was busy stuffing my tiny-little-useless-brain with new terms; while taking little forkfuls of cheesecake that was trying to stimulate the brain to function. Sigh…

Will make another return for more cakes…
