Snowflake Taiwanese Dessert @ Pavilion KL

"Citygal, why never 'snowflake' us along?!"

That was the first message I popped it up on her facebook's wall page as soon as she has posted her try on at Snowflake Taiwanese Desserts at Pavilion KL.

i was tempted by her post and wanted a visit. Hence, on 20th this month, I managed to drag a girl friend out for Jalan-Jalan in Pavilion Mall.

Snowflake is a Taiwanese Dessert place at SS15. Recently, the owners have opened another new outlet in Pavilion KL which is a more like a kiosk stall where you can enjoy a bowl of lovely and hearty dessert or to quench your thirst after some shopping.

The very cute device - Beeping UFO is something you will get after you make your order. it will beep and vibrate as soon as your desserts are ready. Just walk forward to collect the desserts :)

We were super lucky as we managed to try out their bestseller at a great BUY 1 FREE 1 deal.

Since it was BUY 1 FREE 1, we ordered a bowl of HOT and a bowl of COLD of their BESTSELLER.

Snowflake Bestseller (Cold) is priced at RM 6.50 per bowl that comes with grass jelly, grass jelly ice, taro balls and creamer.

Add the creamer into the COLD bowl of bestseller.

While the HOT bowl of Bestseller comes with grass jelly soup, taro balls, pearls and boiled peanuts.

The watery grass jelly soup turns thicken (into jelly-liked) after some times.

ME and my friend love both the hot and cold a lot. The cold one was refreshing while the hot one was quite unique. We adore the chewy taro balls with a hint of Yam flavour. Glad that now I don't have to travel to SS15 for a bowl of Taro balls as they are now in KL (which is very near to my place) :)

and NOW, they are having the BUY ONE FREE ONE promotion until end of this month in conjunction to their newly opening kiosk at Pavilion Mall. check out the photo above for the other desserts too.

Hi everyone,

This is Keith from Snowflake. I'm the director of marketing and corporate communications. Happy to see the food review and everyone's comments. Just to let you know that we will be opening more branches and introducing more products very soon. I can't guarantee in Kepong but we are considering it. Also, those who missed out on the promotion don't worry. We will be having more very soon.

We look forward to hearing back from you and do contact me at silentlyrampant@gmail.com for any enquiries/comments you might have. Thanks for the support everyone and look forward to hearing more good things from all.
