Before continue with more food/desserts after Bon Bon Cafe at Tai Kwok Tsui, we went 'treasure hunting' at Harbour City and around Tsim Tsa Tsui area.

Touring around Heritage 1881
Tea Time!!!
We headed to Paul Lafayet located in this K11 mall
Paul Lafayet, a rather small desserts place it is. House only 4 seats; patrons normally will drop by and take away their desserts.
Dome Chocolate (HKD 40)
We found surprises in this.
Comes with 3 layers: the lil sourish, light but creamy blueberry mousse; rich chocolate mousse; and the base was the chocolate sponge cake. Finally coated evenly with chocolate and decorated with the golden macaroon shell on top.
Paul Lafayet's signature - Creme Brulee (HKD 40)
Simply irresistible.
Golden in colour; the caramelized sugar on top was perfectly done, crunchy on the top while soft, silky smooth on the inside. There was a hint of vanilla came from the custard and the sweetness intensity was just right!
Anyone going to HK?! Please help me to ta-pao this back!
A cup of Cappuccino to go with the desserts.
The desserts may priced slightly higher but well, they are well worth every cents spent!
Look at the joyful moment we had.
