Steamboat with assorted veges and seafood. and that's the big fat juicy imported Zuk Tan or Bamboo Clams or Razor clams; we had these whole night. We opted for the Dong Gui soup base which was fragrant with Dong Gui and herbs.
Stir-fried clams in sourish hot and spicy sauce; cold soba.
Steamed Zuk Tan with garlic and chillies
Kebab with man tou
***
i love most: Grilled Lamp Chop in black pepper sauce, Stir fried crabs, Steamed Zuk tan with galic and chillies ( we had a number of plates), Grilled salmon, Steamboat with the extra large Zuk tan, super fresh medium size oysters, salmon slices, marinated jellyfish ...
The variety of dishes on the buffet line was not as extensive as the other buffet restaurants but the food served was fresh and at it's quality. however the tuna slices were a lil' fishy.
The service provided was flawless. The staffs were very attentive and they collect our plates as soon as we have done with the food in the plates.
Do note that this is not a place for really authentic Japanese cuisine. Most of the dishes are prepared in a way to suit the Malaysian taste bud, ie: stir fried crabs in sourish hot and spicy sauce, steamed zuk tan with garlic and chillies....
scoops of Haagen Daaz Ice Cream coated with Chocolate from the chocolate fountain
and ended with BURRRPS ...
