Pineapple rolls

Started my first day of holiday yesterday and in a sudden, I feel bored, very bored… this is the holiday I always want for but holiday will gonna be meaningless if I have nothing to do. To fill up my time, just simply write up something here… well,I don’t mean to write too much about food here. Arghhh, I really have nothing to do.

This morning after breakfast, made the pineapple rolls together with mum. Basically, mum just prepared the ingredients and the dough, and then she left everything for me to finish up. Hehehe…

See these… I made them. The yummy and tasty golden colour pineapple rolls. nice rolls, right?!

Cheese from MengGu

Snack from Hat Yai, Thailand

These are the snack bought by parents from Hat Yai, Thailand. That is the mix of fried peanuts, fried dried chilies, ikan bilis and a kind of leaf as spices. Yummy~ I love the ikan bilis very much. The taste and the smell of the leaves are great. Even the peanuts have the taste of the leaves!

Nightmare is soon arrived. My final examination is coming soon. I have 2 weeks of study breaks but one of the weeks already passed. This means, I left only 7days. There are altogether 5 subjects (PNS, basic medicinal chemistry, biostatistics, pharmacology, organic chemistry 2) I need to revise. Each subject has a thick stake of notes. Know what I have done within that week? Sigh… 7 days… I have only finished the physiological part of the peripheral nervous system (PNS) which consists of 12 lectures. I took 7days to finish this part!!! There are clinical part, pharmacological part and also medicinal chemistry part in only one subject. God… I am really lack of time!!! Kinda fed up. How am I going to finish everything in this limited time??? My brain is saturated with all the notes. Hopefully I won’t forget things I have studied. Please let them stay in my brain until I finish my exam. I need a break; I really need a break before I get mad. Frankly speaking, if someone asks my opinion if he or she should go into this course, I will definitely ask him/her not to go for it. This course is gonna drive you mad with lifeless university life and never ending study route/ daily routine. Well, this is so not me… cz I dislike studying very much. Especially need to use my brain to understand every single thing and memorize them in my heart. Seriously, I have no idea if I have strength and passion to continue with this course. I did terribly in my previous semester. And now I have no eyes to see on this coming exam. Sighhhhhhh….

Sorry that I keep ‘ngam-ngam-cham-cham’ here.

my fave egg tarts~

Finally I got to eat Tong Kee Brothers' egg tarts lu… super happy. Since the stalls in Jusco mid valley and taman maluri have closed down, I don’t get to eat the egg tarts regularly. Yesterday, my parents went to Pudu area and they bought me half dozen of egg tarts and some puff like chicken curry puff, ‘lou poh’ biscuit , black sesame biscuit which looked almost the same as ‘lou poh’ biscuit and ‘lin yong + chicken’ biscuit. (never got to take picture before ‘sapu’+ ing by my youngest brother).

Freshly baked egg tarts only RM 1.00 each.

Crunchy chicken curry puff (not so sure if that’s the name) RM 1.20
