Kin Shui Tei Japanese Restaurant 锦水亭 @ Tropicana Golf & Country Resort

Months ago, the catastrophe landed on the land of Rising Sun.
Ever since, mum sent in an order, ordered me not to dine in for my favourite cuisine n any Japanese restaurants. 



Mum, fear not, I wanna tell you, it is now safe to consume Japanese food!
Or if you still feel insecure, then have it in Kin Shui Tei @ Tropicana Golf & Country Resort 
(Read on, I will tell you why)...



Special Hokkaido Chirashi Sushi (RM 98)
Countless, countless and countless fresh raw ingredients topped on the white fluffy rice. The rice was kinda special; with additional of roasted white sesame, the rice was extra fragrant. Surprise to know that the Japanese rice that Kin Shui Tei serves is air-flown from USA.

Old Man Restaurant 老吔海鲜饭店 @ Bandar Baru Bangi / Kajang

I am really happy to have these 2 Kajang "worms" as my food buddies - Chris&Christine. I know nothing about Kajang besides Kajang satay, satay and just satay. Glad to have them around, this time they brought me to this Old Man's Place... 


Oooops, not owned by a really old man, but well... that's the name for the restaurant. 



Old Man Restaurant serves Chinese fares. and their specialty was featured in local programme Ho Chak! before

Superior Fried Rice with Tobikko 食神炒饭
This is their specialty and was featured in Ho Chak! before. Really unique type of seafood fried rice with lots of seafood chunks in it and garnished with ebikko. Additianal of ebikko gives the crunchiness to the fried rice. A word 'Fresh', i would describe it. 

The Haute Food Co. @ Plaza Damas, Hartamas

A lovely birthday brunch for this lovely bestie, we made up our mind to have the celebration in this small but lovely tasty place - Haute Food Co. is the name. 
This is the perfect little cozy place for a tete-a-tete session cum a place to grab the freshly prepared healthy bites. 

The Mill @ Grand Millennium Hotel, KL - RM 39.90 nett for International Buffet Spread

The Mill, one of the restaurants in Grand Millennium Hotel; is serving a sumptuous buffet spread, with cuisine ranging from Western, Chinese, Japanese, Indians, Mediterranean..........

When it comes to buffet spread, we often have no idea where to fork in... 
Hah, Why not warm up the tummy and indulge with the some finger food like cheese with biscuit?! (luxury eh?! guess not many buffet spread offer this item).

Char Kuey Teow @ O&S Coffee Shop, Paramount Garden, PJ

If you asked me, where is my favourite place for Char Kuey Teow?!
Well, my answer will be - in PJ, inside one of the Kopitiam-s -  O&S Coffee Shop. 






It was quite addictive, fragrant CKT with lots of ingredients inside; and leave you non greasy and non oily feeling to your tummy.

Birthday Brunch @ Jarrod & Rawlins, Damansara Heights

It was one good Sunday, with cool breeze and rains nonstop (for > 12 hours; end of January and everyone was complaining on the weather, remember when it was???).

We had a pre-birthday celebration for her - our pretty bestie who glows a lot lately.
She opted to have a hearty brunch at Jarrod & Rawlins, to be seated at the open garden and enjoy the great Sunday... 


It was really a great idea... minus out the rain and we weren't able to have our seats at the courtyard. 



1. Raining... we could only hide ourselves under to roof.
2. Can't help ' spying' on him! He is soooo Cute!

4. Gloomy sky + Rain...
