Oppssss, I know, it is a dated post. and till now, only i have time to compile it.
I started my BKK day 2 with the market at Chaktuchak...
These petite colourful ones are my all time favourite!!!
Sales, people, clothes, accessories... etc... all in Chaktuchak.
ahhh, i should have bought all the outfits displayed on the dummies.
Took a short break at this famous cendol stalls. (sorry, i have totally forgotten which area, which section and which stall).
The very fragrant bowl of cendol overloaded with aromatic thick coconut milk is a-must-not-be-missed-item.
Priced at only 15 baht if not mistaken. It was a super thirst quenching delicacies.
Top Plue Restaurant in Chaktuchak. It was a big mistake to have dine in here. The food are all altered to suit the foreigners' taste buds :(
Pineapple Fried Rice was so-so. nothing to shout out about.
Steamed Rice cooked with coconut milk and spicy papaya salad (90 baht)
After the non stop shopping + walking in Chaktuchak, We headed back to our favorite tea place - Manna...
Mille crepe in berry-licious sauce
Okay lar, i dunno this name. it has something to do with Toberlone.
This was white chocolate something.
Jam-Jam-Jam. Traffic Jam!
and People-Jam too @@
Dinner @ Chinatown:
A must have - ju chap tong (a mix of roasted pork, piggie's stomach slices, intestine.... with kuey teow).
Pad Thai at only 55 baht with real wok hei
Last but not least, savouring a cuppa of tea before starting the street market 'fight' again...
At the end of the day.....
